Modern concepts about chronic prostate inflammation

چکیده
The review presents modern aspects of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, drug treatment chronic prostatitis. We performed a comprehensive search using multiple databases. There is still no single pharmacological approach in management patients with prostate. Future clinical trials should include full report their methods including adequate masking, consistent assessment all patient-important outcomes potential treatment-related adverse events and appropriate sample sizes.

Serum Autoantibodies in Chronic Prostate Inflammation in Prostate Cancer Patients
BACKGROUND Chronic inflammation is frequently observed on histological analysis of malignant and non-malignant prostate specimens. It is a suspected supporting factor for prostate diseases and their progression and a main cause of false positive PSA tests in cancer screening. We hypothesized that inflammation induces autoantibodies, which may be useful biomarkers. We aimed to identify and valid...

Infectious diseases, including tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis, pneumonia, dysentery, and helminth infestations, still constitute a profound threat in developing countries. Proceedings of the conference. ABSTRACT RecA protein catalyzes DNA strand exchange, a basic step of homologous recombination. RecA protein possesses two DNA binding sites. During DNA strand exchange, the primary site binds to ssDNA, forming the helical RecA nucleoprotein filament. The weaker secondary site binds dsDNA during the homology search process. Surprisingly, the secondary DNA binding s...
